These rates include unlimited use of heating/Air Conditioning and use of the Jacuzzi/Spa pool.

Rates for longer term stays (3 weeks and above) can be negotiable.

*Please note that a 20% reservation deposit is payable on booking, and the balance is payable 8 weeks before your holiday. There is also a returnable damage deposit. All prices include electricity, linen and water, Two beach towels and two bath robes are provided. There is a one off cleaning charge of 55 euros payable on arrival to a resident English neighbour who holds the Keys and provides cleaning services and can arrange shopping and taxi service for any visitors.
